Return & Exchange Eligibility

The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for full-price items; discounted or promotional items may be exchange-only.
Return Process

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal and provide your order number and email.

A return shipping label will be provided for domestic orders. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 14 days of delivery.
- If the desired size/color is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or a refund.
- To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and processing the original item as a return.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assessment.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Store Credit Option
We encourage our customers to opt for store credit instead of refunds by offering an extra 10% value bonus when choosing store credit over a refund.
